Book your date
Secure your date with a 20% retainer. The balance is due 7 days before your wedding.

Pick from 30+ premium backdrops, from flower walls to ivory drapes and pearls.

Tell us about your day
7 to 10 days before, you fill in a short questionnaire so we can start designing your overlay and welcome screen.

Approve your design
You sign off your overlay and welcome screen 3 days before the wedding.

We set up
We arrive at least an hour before your booth start time, so it is ready when your guests are.

Relive the night
Your online gallery link is emailed to you on the day, and you get a USB with every photo.

What we need at your venue
- Space: about 3 m x 3 m of floor space for the booth and backdrop.
- Ceiling: at least 2.4 m high if you are having a backdrop.
- Outdoor weddings: a covered spot sheltered from wind, as the backdrop can act like a sail.
- Power and Wi-Fi: not needed. We bring our own.
- Travel: included within 40 km of Bray Park, with a small travel fee beyond that.
Wedding photo booth FAQs
Can the photo booth match our wedding theme?
Yes. We design a custom welcome screen and photo overlay with your names and date, you choose your backdrop, and props tables come with a black, white or purple tablecloth.
Do we need someone to run the booth?
No. The booth is easy for guests of all ages to use on their own. If you would like a dedicated attendant, you can add one for $50 per hour.
How many prints do guests get?
With a print package, guests can print up to 4 photos per session, with unlimited sessions for the whole hire.
Can we have the booth for the whole reception?
Yes. Packages start at 3 hours, and extra hours are $100 per hour for digital packages or $120 per hour for print packages. Our event hours are 9am to 11pm, with an out-of-hours fee after 11pm.
How do we lock in our date?
Pay a 20% retainer to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before the wedding. We need at least 24 hours notice for any booking.
Our wedding is outside Brisbane. Can you still come?
Yes. Delivery, set-up and pack-down are included within 40 km of Bray Park. For venues further away, a small per-kilometre travel fee applies. Just ask for a quote.
