Standard Rental Agreement

Parties 
Lessor: Event Bliss, 320 Newman Road, Geebung QLD 4034 | 1300 342 980 | info@eventbliss.com.au 
Lessee: The person or entity named on the invoice and booking confirmation. 

Rental Description 
Event Bliss agrees to provide the photo booth and agreed accessories as described in the issued invoice. 

Rental Period 
The rental period is as stated on the invoice. Service times are strict unless extended in writing. 

Retainer
Retainer means an upfront payment equal to 20% of the total price listed on the invoice, payable at the time of booking to secure the Event Bliss services for the event date. Retainers are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

Fees & Payment
A retainer is required to secure booking. Balance due 7 days prior. Bookings within 7 days require full payment.

Delivery & Setup 
Delivery, setup and pack down included. Venue access required 45–60 minutes prior. Free delivery within 30 minutes of Geebung. Additional travel $55/hr. Minimum space: 3.5m x 3m x 2.4m with 10A power outlet within 8m. 

Use & Conduct
Lessee is responsible for guest behaviour including children and animals. Event Bliss aims for 90% operational uptime during the rental period. Short interruptions may occur for routine operational needs, including but not limited to paper changes, adjustments, or minor technical issues. 

Service Failure Remedy
Where service is materially interrupted due to equipment failure and the venue permits, Event Bliss will provide additional service time to compensate for the disruption. Where additional time is not permitted by the venue, Event Bliss may offer a partial refund at its discretion. 

Damage & Liability
Lessee is responsible for loss, theft or damage. Total loss replacement value is $7,800. No food or drinks are to be placed on the equipment. 

Indemnity 
Lessee indemnifies Event Bliss against claims arising from misuse or guest actions. 

Media Release
Event Bliss retains copyright and may use media for promotional purposes. Guests consent by participation and signage. 

Cancellation
More than 7 days: $60 fee + retainer. Less than 7 days: $120 fee + retainer. One reschedule permitted subject to availability. 

Force Majeure 
Event Bliss is not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including severe weather, government restrictions, power outages, pandemics or venue closure. Reschedule or refund less unrecoverable costs may be offered. 

Governing Law 
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes may be referred to QCAT.
