From the moment guests arrived, there was a buzz in the room. Laughter, music, and a relaxed atmosphere set the tone for a night focused on celebrating the team and everything they had achieved throughout the year.

This wasn’t just your standard red carpet setup — the theme took things to another level.

Guests were invited to dress up as their favourite person or character, and they absolutely delivered.

From iconic celebrities to recognisable characters, some of the outfits were seriously impressive — with guests going all out and fully embracing the theme.

It added an extra layer of excitement and creativity to the night, and made every photo completely unique.

One of the standout features of the night was the Red Carpet Experience.

As guests arrived, they were welcomed like VIPs — walking down the red carpet, striking poses, and stepping straight into the spotlight.

📺 A New Feature We’re Testing (And It Was a Hit)

Because the Blue Pacific Showroom is such a large space, we wanted to make sure the photo booth experience reached beyond just one area of the room.

So for this event, we trialled something new.

We set up a live photo display on a separate TV, showcasing all the photo booth images in real time in another part of the venue.

This meant that even guests who weren’t at the booth could:

  • See photos as they were taken
  • Stay engaged with what was happening
  • Get inspired to jump in and join the fun

It worked incredibly well — especially in a space this size — and added another layer of interaction across the entire event.

Definitely something we’re excited to keep building on.
